More About the Space

An intimate yet excellent place for all the art fanatics situated at Aram Nagar Versova. An ambiance that is perfectly suitable for creative minds and a space where stories travel from page to stage. This experimental setup is designed for all types of performing art events from Dramas, Poetry, Music, Comedy, and so on. It has a seating capacity of 70-80 people and a maximum audience capacity of 100. This place is easily accessible to various theatre groups and other art enthusiasts.

Backstage: All Areas of a Stage other than the Acting Area that are Out of Sight of the audience.

Changing Room: Available for the Changing and Make-Up

Call-Board: A bulletin board for posting rehearsal times, performance changes, and special times.

Seating Capacity

 

  • The Seating Capacity is 70-80 persons.

 

  • The maximum audience capacity is limited to 100 persons.

  • Par 120W – 10 Units , Profile 750w – 2 Units,

       LED MultiWW (DMX) – 2 Units,

       LED Par RGBWW (DMX) – 5 Units

  • DMX Board – 512 Channels, Dimmer Board – 8 Channels, Disco 240 DMX Board

  • Maximum electricity Load for lights is

       Limited to 3 kw.

       You will be required to get a Generator if your usage is above the limit.

Play/Event Rules

  • If the play is adapted, Writer’s written Permission is MANDATORY

  • Censorship Certificate of the play should be given.

  • Any Event from comedy, poetry to story-telling, the content is of sole discretion of the performing party and Veda Factory will not be held responsible for the same.

  • The Event team has to Sign a document containing “Veda Factory is not responsible in any manner related to the event or its content”.

  • Show timings needs to informed prior, and it should not exceed the given timing.

  • We need auditorium empty as per the discussed timing.

  • If you are doing two shows, inform us start and end time of both the shows.

  • If anyone found under the Influence of Alcohol or drugs from the performing team, the show will be called off.
